Having grown up in Lincoln and spending his life between the white mountains and the lakes region, Bailey brings his lifetime of New Hampshire living and the experiences that came with it to the real estate world. Whether it be skiing and snowmobiling all winter, or boating and swimming on Lake Winnipesaukee all summer, his years spent enjoying all that this area has to offer has given him excellent insight as to what makes living in New Hampshire so special. Bailey grew up ski racing at loon mountain where he now enjoys coaching in the wintertime. During his summers, he’s always lived in the lakes region at Lake Winnipesaukee where he spent time working on the M/S Mount Washington, started a mobile boat detailing business, and an island property management company all of which afforded him the opportunity to meet a vast array of people during his youth. Today, after having made so many great relationships throughout all his years of work, he takes pleasure in being able to help those very people, and new customers, find their dream homes in the areas that he shares such a passion for.
